Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and courteous Shuttle Bus Driver to provide safe and timely transportation services for hotel guests, staff, or affiliated clients within Al Ain. This role is essential to the guest experience, offering reliable and professional shuttle services to and from airports, tourist destinations, business districts, and other key locations.
The Shuttle Bus Driver will operate hotel-assigned buses or vans in accordance with scheduled routes or special guest requests. Responsibilities include performing daily vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations, and assisting guests with luggage or inquiries in a polite and helpful manner.
Key tasks involve coordinating with the front desk or concierge team to track guest arrivals and departures, maintaining clear communication via radio or mobile devices, and keeping accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs. The driver must also handle unforeseen traffic conditions or delays professionally and ensure guest safety and comfort at all times.
Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as drivers are often the first and last point of contact for hotel guests. The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, and possesses excellent knowledge of Al Ain’s road network. Flexibility with shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is expected.

Job Requirement:
Applicants must possess a valid UAE light or heavy vehicle driving license with a clean driving record and at least 2 years of professional driving experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with Al Ain routes, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Fluency in English and/or Arabic and a professional appearance are highly desirable. A courteous, guest-focused attitude and the ability to lift luggage when necessary are also required.
