Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market information, and educational requirements to provide accurate and relevant career advice. Research and compile information on various occupations, educational programs, training opportunities, and employment prospects. Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and career fairs to educate students and individuals on career development topics and job search strategies. Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and community organizations to develop partnerships and internship opportunities for students. Assist in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search techniques to help individuals successfully transition into their chosen careers. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, assessments, and individual career plans. Stay abreast of ethical guidelines and professional standards in career counseling and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field is required. A master's degree in counseling or career development is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in career counseling or advising roles, preferably in an educational or training setting.
