Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic French Language Trainer to join our team in Windsor, Canada. As a French Language Trainer, your main responsibility will be to provide comprehensive language training and support to individuals within the education, training, and teaching industry. Your primary objective will be to help students and professionals improve their French language proficiency, both in spoken and written forms. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and interactive French language training sessions for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including students and professionals in the education, training, and teaching industry. Assess the language proficiency level of students using various assessment tools and develop customized training programs tailored to their specific needs. Design and implement instructional materials, lesson plans, and curriculum to facilitate effective learning and skill development. Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students, helping them identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their language skills. Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, resources, and technology to create an immersive and dynamic learning environment. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in French language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into training programs. Collaborate with fellow trainers and stakeholders to foster a supportive and cohesive learning community. Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching methods and materials as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports. Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that embraces cultural diversity and promotes respect and support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Proven experience in teaching French as a second language, preferably to adult learners in an educational or professional setting. Native or near-native proficiency in French, with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Proficiency in utilizing instructional technology and digital tools to enhance language training. Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver engaging training sessions. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and create a positive and supportive learning environment. Possession of professional certifications such as a teaching certificate in French as a second language (FSL) or equivalent qualifications is highly desirable. Legal authorization to work in Canada.
