Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. Additional qualifications or certifications in early childhood education are advantageous. Teaching Experience: Previous experience working as an Early Years Teacher or in a similar role in an educational setting is preferred. Experience in planning and delivering age-appropriate curriculum and activities for young children is essential. Knowledge of Early Childhood Development: In-depth knowledge of early childhood development principles, theories, and best practices. Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in the early years is crucial. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with young children, colleagues, and parents.
