Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analytical Chemist to join our team in Windsor, Canada. As an Analytical Chemist in the science and pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for conducting chemical analysis, method development, and validation to support research, development, and quality control activities. Your expertise in analytical techniques, instrumental analysis, and data interpretation will contribute to the success of our projects. Responsibilities: Perform chemical analysis using various analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and other instrumental methods. Develop and validate analytical methods, ensuring accuracy, precision, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze and interpret test results, troubleshoot analytical issues, and provide technical support to cross-functional teams. Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments, ensuring their proper functioning and calibration. Collaborate with research and development teams to support formulation development, stability studies, and process optimization. Document and report test results, ensuring accurate and reliable data recording and reporting.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field. Advanced degree (M.Sc., Ph.D., or equivalent) is preferred. Proven experience as an Analytical Chemist, preferably in the science and pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumental analysis. Experience in method development, validation, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in using analytical instruments and software. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
