Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Microbiologist to join our team in Windsor, Canada. As a Microbiologist in the science and pharmaceutical industry, you will play a vital role in studying microorganisms, conducting microbiological tests, and ensuring the safety and quality of products. Your expertise in microbiology, laboratory techniques, and data analysis will contribute to the success of our research and quality assurance initiatives. Responsibilities: Perform microbiological tests and analysis on various samples, including raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples. Isolate, cultivate, and identify microorganisms using aseptic techniques and specialized equipment. Monitor and analyze microbial growth, contamination, and potential risks. Develop and implement microbiological testing methods and procedures. Interpret and report microbiological test results, identifying any deviations or concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and documentation, ensuring their proper functioning and adherence to quality standards.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Microbiologist, preferably in the science and pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques, methods, and laboratory safety protocols. Proficiency in aseptic techniques and handling of microorganisms. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality assurance standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
