Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Laboratory Analyst to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a Laboratory Analyst in the science and pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to support research, development, and quality control activities. Your expertise in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and adherence to regulatory requirements will ensure accurate and reliable results. Responsibilities: Perform a range of laboratory tests, such as chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines. Prepare samples, calibrate equipment, and conduct experiments using various laboratory instruments and techniques. Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and precision in data recording and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, researchers, and quality control professionals, to provide analytical support and contribute to project objectives. Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Document and report test results, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences. Proven experience as a Laboratory Analyst, preferably in the science and pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, instruments, and quality control practices. Proficiency in conducting chemical and physical analyses, and familiarity with microbiological testing methods. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills to ensure accurate and reliable results. Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
