Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospital Pharmacist to join our team in Brampton, Canada. As a Hospital Pharmacist in the science and pharmaceutical industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in a hospital setting. Your expertise in pharmaceutical care, medication management, and patient counseling will contribute to the well-being and recovery of our patients. Responsibilities: Review medication orders and prescriptions, ensuring accuracy, appropriateness, and adherence to hospital policies and protocols. Dispense medications, prepare sterile compounds, and provide medication counseling to patients and healthcare professionals. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement pharmaceutical care plans, optimizing medication therapy and managing potential drug interactions or adverse effects. Monitor patients' response to medications, adjust dosages as necessary, and provide medication education and counseling. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including medication storage, record-keeping, and controlled substance management. Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceuticals and industry trends to contribute to evidence-based practices and patient safety.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy. Must hold a valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in Canada. Proven experience as a Hospital Pharmacist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting. Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and medication management. Familiarity with hospital policies, regulations, and best practices in pharmaceutical care. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
