Job Description:

The Executive Household Personal Assistant (PA) provides high-level administrative and lifestyle support to the principals of a private residence in Winnipeg. Acting as a key point of contact, the PA manages daily schedules, household communications, appointments, travel arrangements, and special projects. The role includes coordinating with other household staff, handling correspondence, organizing events, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the home.

Additional responsibilities may include shopping, errands, calendar management, vendor coordination, and overseeing service providers. The Executive Household PA often serves as a liaison between the employer and external contacts, requiring professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs. This role demands excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and discretion. Prior experience in a high-end private household or as a personal/executive assistant is essential.

Job Requirement:

Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Experience: 3–5 years as a personal/executive assistant, preferably in a private household.

Skills:

Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

Excellent communication, discretion, and etiquette.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital calendar tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is an asset.

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed.

Trustworthy, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Legally authorized to work in Canada.
