In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee a diverse staff. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to maintain high-quality standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Proven ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue. Ability to analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and control costs. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands. Passion for the food and beverage industry and staying updated with industry trends.
