Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospitality Manager specializing in the Food & Beverage industry to join our team in Windsor, Canada. As the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of staff members, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professionalism. Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, ordering supplies, inventory management, and quality control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Customer Service: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by interacting with guests, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Implement strategies to enhance customer service and improve overall guest satisfaction. Financial Management: Monitor and control departmental expenses, including labor costs, food and beverage costs, and other operational expenses. Prepare budgets, forecast sales, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability. Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies, special events, and marketing initiatives. Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques and upselling opportunities. Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing and quality of products. Training and Development: Develop and execute training programs for the food and beverage team to enhance skills, knowledge, and professionalism. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations related to food safety, liquor licensing, and health standards. Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and guests.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and industry trends. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities. Solid financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control. Proficient in using computer software and point-of-sale systems. Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and licensing requirements. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
