Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management. Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth service flow. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer concerns and operational challenges. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling practices, and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and reconcile cash registers. Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
