Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings. Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff. Basic math skills to handle transactions and process payments accurately. Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.
