Job Description: We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Guest Services Coordinator to join our team in London, Canada. As the Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience at our food and beverage establishment. Key Responsibilities: Guest Relations: Welcome guests and provide a warm and friendly environment. Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit. Build rapport and establish strong relationships with guests to promote loyalty and repeat business. Reservations and Seating: Manage the reservation system and coordinate seating arrangements. Ensure accurate recording of reservations, efficiently manage waitlists, and optimize table turnover to maximize seating capacity. Information and Assistance: Provide accurate information regarding menu items, specials, promotions, and any other relevant details. Offer recommendations and assist guests with making informed choices based on their preferences and dietary restrictions. Order Coordination: Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Monitor order progress and address any delays or issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Actively listen to guests, demonstrate empathy, and offer appropriate solutions to resolve issues and exceed their expectations. Payment Processing: Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices. Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff members. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining guest records. Assist with office tasks, including filing, organizing paperwork, and managing reservations.

Job Requirement: Previous experience in a guest service or customer-facing role within the food and beverage industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple guest requests and inquiries simultaneously. Problem-solving skills to address guest complaints and find suitable resolutions. Knowledge of reservation systems and basic cash handling procedures. Familiarity with food and beverage menus and ability to provide accurate information to guests. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
