Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Printing Engineer to develop and optimize additive manufacturing solutions for our production and prototyping needs. You will work with advanced 3D printing technologies to create functional parts, tooling, and prototypes, while improving print quality, material efficiency, and process reliability. Responsibilities include selecting appropriate printing technologies, preparing digital models, operating machines, and post-processing printed parts. The ideal candidate is experienced in various additive manufacturing methods such as FDM, SLA, SLS, and DMLS. You will collaborate with product designers, engineers, and R&D teams to implement innovative printing solutions across multiple projects. Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field

  • 2+ years experience in 3D printing and additive manufacturing

  • Familiar with software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360

  • Knowledge of materials science related to polymers and metals

  • Experience with FDM, SLA, SLS, or metal 3D printing

  • Hands-on experience with slicing software and printer operation

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Understanding of CAD/CAM workflows and product development cycles

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on print quality and repeatability

  • Familiarity with post-processing methods and machine maintenance
