Job Description:

We are hiring a visionary and technically skilled Building Designer to join our architectural and infrastructure development team in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, planning, and drafting of functional and aesthetically compelling building designs for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

You will work closely with architects, civil engineers, urban planners, and environmental consultants to ensure design alignment with structural feasibility, regulatory compliance, sustainability goals, and client expectations. Your contributions will span from initial design sketches and 3D modeling to construction documentation and on-site design support during execution phases.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative thinker who thrives in collaborative environments and wants to play a role in shaping modern urban infrastructure with a strong design philosophy.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Design. A minimum of 4–6 years of hands-on experience in building planning and architectural drafting is required.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization software such as Lumion or V-Ray is essential. Knowledge of German building codes and sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED, DGNB) is an added advantage.
