Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our construction and infrastructure development team in Munich. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multidisciplinary projects to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of architectural, engineering, and construction designs.
You will lead BIM implementation efforts, coordinate model development among various stakeholders, and ensure model integrity and compliance with company and industry standards. Your duties will include clash detection, data validation, version control, and coordination of 3D/4D models throughout the project lifecycle.
You will act as the key liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, supporting project planning and execution with accurate digital modeling. You'll also train and support junior team members and assist with documentation workflows using tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology with 4–8 years of BIM-specific experience in the construction or infrastructure sector.
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360) is mandatory. Knowledge of construction standards, model coordination, and collaborative workflows is essential.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.
