Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise and functional 2D and 3D designs using industry-standard CAD software. You will work closely with mechanical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to translate technical requirements into accurate designs and drawings.

Key responsibilities include drafting mechanical components, reviewing design specifications, and ensuring all outputs comply with engineering standards and manufacturing capabilities. You will participate in design reviews, modify existing drawings based on feedback, and maintain organized records of all documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of engineering principles, and a strong aptitude for technical drawing. If you are passionate about transforming concepts into manufacturable products, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. A minimum of 2–5 years of experience working in a CAD-based engineering design role is required.

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo is essential. Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), mechanical drawing standards, and BOM (Bill of Materials) structures is expected.

Experience in designing mechanical parts for manufacturing processes such as injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, or CNC machining is a significant advantage. Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems for file and design data management is preferred.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills are vital, as the role involves collaboration across multiple departments. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management are key to succeeding in this role.
