Job Description:

We are hiring a technically proficient and forward-thinking Automation Robotics Specialist to join our advanced manufacturing and automation engineering division in Berlin. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining robotic automation systems to optimize industrial production processes.

You will be responsible for the programming and integration of robotics solutions, working with PLCs, sensors, and control systems. You’ll collaborate closely with mechanical and software engineers to ensure high system efficiency, safety compliance, and minimal downtime. From robotic arms to automated assembly lines, you’ll support projects from conception through commissioning and post-deployment troubleshooting.

This is an ideal role for someone passionate about industrial innovation, smart factory technologies, and hands-on problem-solving in high-performance engineering environments.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 4–7 years of experience in industrial automation, including robot programming (KUKA, ABB, FANUC), PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), and HMI development.

Strong knowledge of safety standards (EN ISO 13849, IEC 61508), experience with CAD and simulation tools, and ability to work under tight production deadlines is required.
