Job Description:
We are hiring an A/B Testing Specialist to drive our optimization efforts through rigorous experimentation. You will work alongside marketing, product, and UX teams to develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret test results to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
You will be responsible for creating robust testing strategies that align with business goals. This includes segmenting audiences, defining success metrics, and managing end-to-end test execution. You’ll also maintain a testing roadmap and document learnings to inform future product and design decisions.
Your insights will be instrumental in enabling data-backed improvements across landing pages, email campaigns, and digital features.
Job Requirement:
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CRO or experimentation-focused roles. A degree in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
You should be proficient with testing platforms such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or Adobe Target. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be an advantage. Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools is essential.
You must have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
