Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Affiliate Partnership Specialist to join our digital marketing team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing strategic affiliate partnerships that drive traffic and conversions. You will analyze performance metrics, propose optimization tactics, and collaborate with partners to align on campaign goals.

You will liaise with internal teams including product marketing, analytics, and content to ensure our affiliate strategies are in sync with company objectives. From onboarding new affiliates to monitoring contract compliance and campaign health, your attention to detail and relationship management skills will be critical.

We’re seeking someone with a commercial mindset who understands affiliate networks, partner acquisition, and digital KPIs. A strong understanding of tracking tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics will help you thrive in this role.

Job Requirement:

Candidates should possess a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience. A proven track record in growing affiliate programs and optimizing conversion-driven partnerships is essential.

You must be well-versed in affiliate platforms like CJ, Impact, or Awin and be comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau. Strong communication skills in English (and ideally German) are needed to manage both local and international partners. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic action is vital.

An understanding of legal compliance regarding partner marketing, including GDPR, is also required. The ability to work cross-functionally, meet deadlines, and manage budgets and performance-based incentives is key.
