Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead our efforts in converting complex data into insights that drive business performance. You will manage a small team of BI developers and analysts and oversee the architecture of our reporting systems and dashboards.
As part of this role, you will partner with operations, sales, marketing, and executive teams to deliver scalable data solutions. You’ll play a key part in improving operational efficiency, enabling data-informed decisions, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in real-time.
Your leadership will ensure high data quality and promote a culture of continuous improvement across business units. You’ll also be expected to evaluate and implement the latest BI tools and practices.
Job Requirement:
Applicants should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics. Previous team leadership experience is essential.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Looker, or Tableau is required, along with strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge. You should be comfortable with ETL pipelines and working in agile, data-centric environments.
Strong project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams are also key to succeeding in this role.
