Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company and key clients. You will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services or products.
In this role, you will oversee client onboarding, coordinate project deliverables, monitor performance metrics, and handle any escalations. You will collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and customer support to ensure service excellence.

Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
4+ years of experience in account management or client services
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports
Fluent in English and German
