Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced App Store Optimization (ASO) Manager to oversee our mobile app visibility strategy in the competitive digital marketplace. Based in Munich, you’ll be responsible for driving organic downloads through search and discovery improvements across both iOS and Android platforms.

In this role, you’ll analyze keyword trends, craft compelling metadata and visual assets, and work closely with product and content teams to improve app listing performance. You’ll perform A/B testing on app creatives, monitor algorithm changes, and develop best practices to stay ahead of trends in ASO.

Your success will be measured by user acquisition, conversion rates, and overall ranking improvements in the app stores. This role requires a hands-on strategist who is not afraid to dig into the data and pivot strategies based on real-time results.

Job Requirement:

A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is required, along with 2–4 years of hands-on ASO experience. Deep knowledge of the App Store, Google Play Console, and ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or Mobile Action is essential.

You should be fluent in SEO principles and mobile app trends. Excellent writing and editing skills are needed to create metadata that enhances visibility and engagement. Graphic optimization and knowledge of localization techniques are plus points.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across product, growth, and creative teams. Familiarity with mobile user acquisition funnels and experience in agile environments are also desirable.
