Job Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented Category Development Manager to lead product growth strategies and drive performance across assigned categories. Based in Cologne, this role is essential to building effective category plans, enhancing customer value, and boosting market share.
You will analyze category trends, collaborate with key account managers and suppliers, and translate insights into actionable plans. Your responsibilities include price positioning, promotional planning, SKU rationalization, and innovation support. By working closely with marketing and sales, you'll develop go-to-market strategies and optimize shelf space and product performance.

Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
4–6 years experience in category management or trade marketing
Strong understanding of retail dynamics and shopper behavior
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and market reports
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with attention to detail
Fluency in English and German
