Job Description:
We are hiring an Affiliate Program Manager in Cologne to drive growth through affiliate and partner marketing channels. You will manage our affiliate program, recruit and onboard new partners, negotiate terms, and optimize performance through ongoing communication and support.
You will work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to set commission structures, develop promotional materials, and monitor compliance. Performance analysis, attribution tracking, and regular reporting will be key to scaling affiliate-driven revenue streams.
This role requires entrepreneurial thinking and strong negotiation and engagement skills to build effective affiliate ecosystems.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years managing affiliate or partner programs
Experience with platforms like Impact, Awin, or CJ
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage fast-paced partnerships and campaigns
Fluent in German and English
