Job Description:
We are hiring a Conversion Optimization Specialist in Frankfurt to enhance our digital performance by increasing website and landing page conversions. You will own CRO strategies, conduct user behavior analysis, run A/B and multivariate testing, and implement improvements across digital touchpoints.
Your role involves analyzing funnel performance using heatmaps, Google Analytics, and user journey tools. You’ll collaborate with content, UX, and dev teams to implement data-backed changes that reduce drop-offs and maximize ROI from traffic sources.
This role is perfect for someone analytical, creative, and results-oriented, with a strong grasp of user psychology and digital experience design.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, or related field
3+ years of experience in CRO, UX, or performance marketing
Expertise in Google Optimize, Hotjar, and similar tools
Strong analytical mindset; experience with GA4
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and UX principles
Experience working with Shopify/WordPress or CMS tool
