Job Description:
We are looking for a Health Informatics Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. You will be responsible for managing healthcare data systems and ensuring seamless integration between clinical workflows and IT solutions. Your role involves analyzing health data, optimizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, and supporting data-driven healthcare decisions.
You will collaborate with clinicians, IT, and administrative staff to enhance data accuracy, privacy, and usability. Continuous evaluation of health IT tools and training users will be key parts of your job. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and healthcare understanding to improve patient outcomes.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years experience working with EHRs and healthcare data systems
Strong knowledge of HL7, ICD coding, and healthcare data privacy laws
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools preferred
Fluent in English and German
