Job Description:
The Brand Storyteller Consultant in Mahboula advises organizations on how to effectively craft and communicate their brand stories across internal and external channels. Acting as a strategic partner, you will audit existing content, identify storytelling opportunities, and create frameworks that align the brand’s voice with business growth, customer engagement, and market differentiation. You will work with senior leadership and creative teams to elevate the emotional and narrative appeal of content assets.
Your responsibilities include facilitating storytelling workshops, building editorial style guides, developing narrative playbooks, and coaching stakeholders on storytelling techniques. You’ll contribute to website copy, keynote scripts, social campaigns, and corporate communications by infusing them with authentic, consistent messaging. Evaluating and refining these narratives using feedback and performance data will be central to your role.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Strategic Communication, Brand Management, or English is necessary. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or consultancy is expected. Candidates must have a strong background in strategic communication and an impressive portfolio showcasing brand storytelling initiatives.
You should possess exceptional writing and editorial skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and experience presenting strategies to executive audiences. Familiarity with branding principles, customer personas, competitive messaging, and omnichannel storytelling is required. Candidates should demonstrate confidence in training or coaching roles and have a strong understanding of digital content ecosystems.
