Job Description:

The Brand Storyteller Strategist in Qurain is responsible for crafting and refining a compelling brand narrative that resonates with diverse audiences and supports business objectives. This role blends creativity, strategy, and business acumen to define how the brand communicates its values, mission, and unique offerings across multiple content formats and distribution channels. You will work closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop messaging frameworks and content strategies that drive emotional connection and brand loyalty.

Duties include developing brand tone and voice guidelines, writing high-impact long-form and short-form stories, conceptualizing campaigns that align with storytelling goals, and ensuring message consistency across all customer touchpoints. You will monitor audience reception, measure storytelling effectiveness through analytics, and continuously refine content based on insights. Your work may include case studies, brand videos, executive narratives, customer success stories, and integrated marketing campaign materials.

Job Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Creative Writing is required. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in brand content development, storytelling strategy, or content marketing is essential. A strong writing portfolio demonstrating narrative skill, emotional intelligence, and brand alignment is required.

Expertise in audience analysis, campaign development, and content metrics is key. Proficiency in storytelling platforms, CMS tools, and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is needed. The ideal candidate must be a collaborative thinker with excellent research skills, an understanding of brand positioning, and the ability to translate complex information into impactful narratives. Adaptability, creativity, and a keen editorial eye are also essential for success in this position.
