Job Description:
The Content Marketing Manager Advisor in Salmiyah will provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on creating and optimizing content that aligns with business development goals. You’ll serve as an internal consultant, supporting teams in identifying content priorities, improving messaging frameworks, and optimizing distribution strategies.
Duties include analyzing customer journey data, leading content audits, and recommending changes to editorial direction based on market trends and audience insights. You’ll help design high-level messaging architecture and ensure brand consistency across channels including web, social, print, and events.
You’ll also mentor content teams, propose new content formats or partnerships, and monitor key performance metrics to assess campaign ROI.
Job Requirement:
Applicants should hold a degree in Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in content strategy or marketing advisory roles. Expertise in inbound marketing, buyer journey analysis, and multichannel content distribution is essential.
Strong knowledge of content performance tools like SEMrush, Moz, or BuzzSumo is necessary. Candidates must possess excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in developing brand voice, editorial standards, and conversion-optimized content is required. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making processes at a strategic level is key.
