Job Description:
The Affiliate Channel Manager in Al Rayyan is responsible for managing and optimizing the affiliate marketing program to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility. This role builds relationships with affiliates, tracks performance metrics, and ensures effective communication and campaign execution.
Key responsibilities include recruiting new affiliates, developing promotional strategies, monitoring affiliate compliance, analyzing data to optimize channel performance, and collaborating with marketing teams to align affiliate activities with broader marketing goals.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or channel management.
Skills:
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking software.
Analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Understanding of Qatar’s e-commerce market and consumer trends.
Ability to manage multiple affiliates and campaigns effectively.
