Job Description:
The App Operations Manager in Al Wakrah is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce mobile application, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. This role coordinates with technical teams, monitors system health, addresses operational issues, and implements updates or fixes to maintain seamless app functionality.
Key duties include overseeing incident management, liaising with development and customer support teams, analyzing app performance data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The App Operations Manager also ensures compliance with security protocols and aligns app operations with business objectives.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 4–6 years in application operations, IT management, or related roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Skills:
Strong understanding of mobile app infrastructure and operations.
Experience with incident and problem management.
Analytical skills to interpret app metrics and user feedback.
Effective communication and team coordination.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance standards.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is beneficial.
