Job Description:
The Business Operations Lead in Al Khor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities within the e-commerce business to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role acts as a bridge between departments such as logistics, customer service, IT, and marketing to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges.
Key responsibilities include monitoring order fulfillment processes, managing vendor relationships, coordinating with supply chain teams, and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service delivery. The Business Operations Lead also analyzes operational metrics, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports strategic planning to align operations with business goals.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.
Skills:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and vendor management.
Ability to analyze KPIs and drive process improvements.
Proficiency in ERP and operations management software.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
