Job Description:
The Content Strategy Manager in Dukhan will lead the development and execution of content strategies that drive brand awareness, product discovery, and customer engagement across all digital touchpoints. This strategic role focuses on aligning content with customer journey stages, business goals, and SEO performance metrics. The manager will guide cross-functional teams in creating cohesive content experiences that support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Key responsibilities include conducting content audits, setting tone and voice guidelines, developing content frameworks, and overseeing editorial direction for website, mobile app, email, and social media platforms. The Content Strategy Manager will also identify content gaps, manage localization and translation workflows, and ensure all content is optimized for search and user experience. Collaboration with UX, marketing, merchandising, and analytics teams is essential to ensure data-driven decisions inform content creation.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Content Strategy, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: 6+ years in digital content planning or editorial strategy, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
Skills:
Expertise in content architecture, SEO, and UX writing.
Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful).
Strong leadership and editorial direction skills.
Analytical capabilities with experience in content performance measurement.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management.
Language: Advanced English proficiency required; Arabic is a strong plus.

Familiarity with Qatar’s digital retail environment and cultural context.
High attention to detail, grammar, and brand consistency.
Experience in agile or sprint-based content development cycles is preferred.
