Job Description:

The Business Intelligence Analyst in Al Gharrafa will play a key role in transforming raw e-commerce data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data related to customer behavior, product performance, digital marketing, and supply chain operations. The analyst will work closely with leadership, marketing, finance, and product teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that optimize business performance and growth.

Key responsibilities include building dashboards, generating regular and ad-hoc reports, identifying trends and anomalies, and helping stakeholders interpret complex data sets. The Business Intelligence Analyst will ensure data accuracy and integrity, create forecasting models, and support A/B testing efforts. This role also contributes to improving data collection processes and advising on performance metrics for key initiatives.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years in business intelligence, preferably in e-commerce or digital platforms.

Skills:

Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Strong command of SQL and data querying from multiple sources.

Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).

Ability to analyze large datasets and present clear insights.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM, and e-commerce metrics.

Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is beneficial.

Other Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of the Qatari market and digital commerce trends is preferred.

Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
