Job Description:
The Brand Marketing Manager in Al Rayyan is responsible for planning and executing brand-focused marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth for the e-commerce platform. This role develops creative strategies to strengthen brand presence across digital channels, social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional media, ensuring alignment with the overall brand vision.
Key duties include managing campaign budgets, coordinating with creative and digital teams, overseeing content creation, and measuring campaign effectiveness through analytics and market feedback. The Brand Marketing Manager also collaborates closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a consistent brand experience.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years in brand marketing, preferably within e-commerce or retail industries.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and brand building.
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize marketing efforts.
Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
