Job Description:
The Client Relationship Manager in Madinat ash Shamal is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. This role serves as the primary point of contact for high-value customers, providing tailored support, understanding client needs, and driving solutions that align with business goals.
Key responsibilities include managing client onboarding, resolving service issues, coordinating with internal departments to meet client expectations, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The Client Relationship Manager also gathers feedback, monitors client health metrics, and contributes to strategies that enhance customer retention.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
Experience: 4–6 years in client relationship management, key account management, or B2B sales, preferably in e-commerce or digital services.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and customer engagement platforms.
Ability to analyze client data and provide actionable insights.
Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
Understanding of Qatar’s consumer behavior and digital retail environment.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
