Job Description:
The Brand Strategy Lead in Doha is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance market positioning, drive customer loyalty, and support the growth of the e-commerce business. This role leads cross-functional initiatives to define brand identity, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with Qatar’s diverse online consumer base.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitive analysis, overseeing brand communication plans, collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams, and ensuring consistent brand representation across digital and offline channels. The Brand Strategy Lead also guides campaigns, partnerships, and innovation efforts that align with long-term business goals and brand equity enhancement.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or related field.
Experience: 7+ years in brand strategy, marketing leadership, or related roles, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
Expertise in market research, brand positioning, and customer insights.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable brand plans.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
