Job Description:

The Content Copy Specialist in Al Gharrafa is responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and brand-aligned written content to enhance the user experience across the e-commerce platform. This role develops high-quality copy for product descriptions, landing pages, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media to drive customer engagement, SEO performance, and conversion rates.

Working closely with marketing, UX, design, and product teams, the Content Copy Specialist ensures consistency in tone and voice across all customer touchpoints. Key responsibilities include writing SEO-optimized copy, developing campaign slogans and taglines, proofreading and editing for clarity and accuracy, and ensuring all written content aligns with customer journey goals. The role also contributes to A/B testing of copy variations and supports localization for Arabic-speaking audiences when applicable.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of content writing or copywriting experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital retail.

Skills:

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword placement.

Experience writing for web, mobile, and email formats.

Ability to adopt different brand tones and adapt to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with CMS platforms and content workflow tools.

Language: Fluent in English; Arabic writing or translation skills are an added advantage.
