Job Description:
The Agricultural Field Worker is responsible for performing a wide range of manual tasks essential to crop production and farm maintenance in Umm Salal, Qatar. Working under the supervision of farm managers and agronomists, the worker engages in planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and harvesting various crops. Other tasks include operating basic farm tools and irrigation systems, transporting harvested produce, loading/unloading supplies, and cleaning equipment. This role is crucial in supporting food production and agricultural sustainability across the region.
The job involves long hours in outdoor environments, often under intense heat and humidity. Attention to detail and consistency in following agricultural protocols are vital for maintaining crop health and achieving high-quality yields. Workers may also assist with soil preparation, fertilization, and pest control processes. Collaboration with team members and adherence to seasonal schedules are key aspects of the role. Job Requirement:
