Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Workers in Doha, Qatar. As a Construction Worker in the Unskilled Workers industry, your primary responsibility will be to assist skilled workers and perform general labor tasks on construction sites. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the completion of construction projects and gain practical experience in the field. Responsibilities: Assist skilled workers, such as carpenters, masons, and electricians, in their tasks as directed. Carry and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to the worksite. Perform basic manual labor tasks, including digging trenches, clearing debris, and preparing construction areas. Mix and prepare concrete, mortar, or other materials as required. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, following safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site, including cleaning up debris and waste materials. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and temporary structures. Follow instructions and safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Cooperate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow. Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks within the assigned timeframes.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn and work under the supervision of skilled workers. Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials is an advantage. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required. Adherence to safety regulations and precautions. Fluency in English is preferred, but not mandatory. Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous, but not essential. Valid work visa or the ability to obtain one, as per Qatar's regulations.
