Job Description:
The Crop Harvesting Laborer is responsible for collecting, sorting, and packaging agricultural produce at farms located in Al Wakrah, Qatar. Under the direction of farm supervisors, this role involves manual harvesting of fruits, vegetables, or grains, depending on the season. Tasks include cutting, pulling, or picking crops by hand, placing them into designated containers, sorting produce based on size or quality, and preparing items for transportation to markets or storage facilities. The laborer may also assist in pre-harvest field preparation and post-harvest clean-up.
The role requires long hours in outdoor farm environments, often in extreme heat and dusty conditions. Efficiency, speed, and care are essential to avoid damage to delicate produce. Workers must follow hygiene protocols and wear protective clothing while handling crops. Physical strength, hand coordination, and the ability to work on tight seasonal schedules are critical. This job is key to ensuring timely and efficient agricultural output during harvest seasons and supports Qatar’s food security objectives.
Job Requirement:
Education: No formal education required; basic reading ability is beneficial.
Experience: Prior experience in crop harvesting or plantation work is advantageous.

Physical stamina to bend, lift, and stand for long hours.
