Job Description:
The Dishroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in food service establishments in Al Thakhira, Qatar. Under the supervision of kitchen or restaurant managers, the attendant ensures that all dishware is thoroughly washed, dried, and stored properly for daily use.
Responsibilities include loading and unloading dishwashers, hand-washing delicate items, clearing dirty dishes from dining areas, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dishroom. The role supports efficient kitchen operations by ensuring an adequate supply of clean dishes and preventing cross-contamination in food preparation areas.
