Job Description:
The Construction Labor Support worker plays an essential role in assisting various trades and construction crews on active building sites in Al Daayen, Qatar. This position involves performing manual labor tasks that help maintain site efficiency, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include transporting construction materials, erecting and dismantling temporary structures, mixing and pouring concrete, backfilling trenches, and assisting with equipment setup.
The role also requires supporting skilled technicians, such as electricians, plumbers, and masons, by preparing their work areas, organizing tools, and performing basic preparatory work. Site cleanup, debris removal, and maintenance of safety zones are ongoing tasks to ensure that the worksite meets legal and operational safety standards.
