Job Description:
The Dining Room Busser supports restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area in Doha, Qatar. The primary responsibility is to clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a welcoming environment for new customers. Duties include removing dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils, wiping down tables and chairs, refilling water glasses, and assisting servers during busy periods.
The busser also helps with setting up dining areas for service, replenishing supplies such as napkins and condiments, and assisting with minor cleaning tasks throughout the dining room. Coordination with waitstaff and kitchen teams is vital for smooth service flow.
This role requires physical stamina to move quickly and handle repetitive tasks, a friendly attitude to interact courteously with guests, and an eye for detail to maintain high cleanliness standards. The Dining Room Busser contributes significantly to guest satisfaction and restaurant efficiency.
