We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product and service information with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, updating customer records in the system, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and effective service.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and contribute to process improvements. Previous experience in a call center or BPO environment is preferred, along with strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher education preferred
1-2 years of experience in customer service
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
