Job Description:
The Entertainment Agent plays a pivotal role in representing, promoting, and managing the careers of artists, performers, influencers, and entertainment talent in Al Wakrah, Qatar. Operating within the dynamic marketing and PR ecosystem, the agent identifies opportunities for talent appearances, brand partnerships, media placements, and event bookings that align with both the client’s personal brand and commercial goals.
Core responsibilities include negotiating contracts, securing sponsorship deals, organizing promotional events, and liaising with media and production teams. The Entertainment Agent also scouts new talent, advises on brand image and public relations, and monitors market trends to position clients competitively in Qatar’s entertainment and cultural sectors.
This position requires a combination of strong networking skills, market intuition, and legal acumen to navigate agreements and industry protocols effectively.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Training in entertainment law or talent management is an advantage.
Experience: 3–5 years in talent representation, event promotion, or media/entertainment agency work.
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the entertainment and influencer landscape in Qatar.
Ability to manage schedules, contracts, and confidential matters professionally.
Experience in public relations, sponsorship acquisition, or casting.
Familiarity with talent promotion on social and traditional media.
Language: Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Other Requirements:
Availability to attend events and meetings outside standard hours.
Strong network in media, entertainment, and marketing industries.
Culturally aware and sensitive to local entertainment regulations.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships with discretion and diplomacy.
