Job Description:
The Experiential Events Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing immersive brand experiences that engage target audiences and elevate brand perception in Umm Salal, Qatar. This role focuses on delivering interactive, memorable events such as product launches, brand activations, pop-up installations, and community engagements that align with marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end event logistics, coordinating with vendors and creative agencies, securing venues, overseeing production, and ensuring on-site execution excellence. The manager also leads event promotion strategies, integrates digital engagement tools, and measures event effectiveness through KPIs such as footfall, engagement rate, and post-event brand lift.
This role requires creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand messages into compelling real-world experiences. The Experiential Events Manager works closely with brand, PR, and digital teams to create cohesive multi-channel campaigns surrounding each event.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or Communications.
Experience: 4–6 years in experiential marketing, brand events, or live activations.
Skills:
Strong project and vendor management skills.
Creativity in event concept development and audience engagement.
Budget planning and cost control expertise.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is beneficial.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours for event setup and execution.
Understanding of audience behavior in Qatar’s cultural and consumer context.
Familiarity with live-streaming, event tech tools, and audience interaction platforms.
Health and safety compliance knowledge for public events.
