The Fuel Station Service Attendant plays a frontline role in providing fuel and basic vehicle services to customers at service stations in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities include safely refueling vehicles, assisting customers with fuel selection, checking oil and fluid levels, cleaning windshields, and maintaining a tidy forecourt area.
Attendants are expected to offer courteous and efficient service, guide customers on fuel options, and handle minor maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressures or topping up fluids. They also manage cash or card transactions when required and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly to supervisors.
This role demands awareness of safety protocols related to handling flammable materials and operating fuel pumps. The Fuel Station Service Attendant helps ensure a positive customer experience and smooth operation of fuel stations in the community.
